UX Researcher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Preparation and execution of research processes, from identifying research issues to analyzing research materials.

• Generating reports and sharing essential project insights with the team.

• Conducting research utilizing various techniques, including user testing, in-depth interviews (IDIs), occasional focus group interviews (FGIs), tree testing, and card sorting.

• Organizing and leading workshops with clients and internal teams.

• Synthesizing and conveying findings to inspire design and product decisions, while enhancing visibility across departments.

• Developing personas, user journey maps, and blueprints as products of the research conducted.

• Collaborating with fellow researchers and interdisciplinary teams, including designers, strategists, developers, and data analysts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Commercial experience as a UX Researcher focusing on digital products and services.

• Strong understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.

• In-depth knowledge of the digital product development lifecycle.

• Capability to independently plan and execute research projects.

• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities.

• Skill in navigating multiple stakeholder groups and influencing others.

• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

• Fluency in Polish and professional proficiency in English.

• Familiarity with AI and experience in utilizing it.

• Previous experience in consulting, agency, or multi-project environments (Nice to Have).

• Familiarity with tools such as Dovetail, TheyDo, Lookback, Figma, and FigJam (Nice to Have).
