This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.
• Aid in executing user research initiatives, encompassing user interviews, surveys, quantitative analysis, and usability testing.
• Evaluate user data and assist in the creation of user personas, journey maps, and other user-centric materials.
• Help in the preparation of research reports and presentations.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes under the supervision of senior designers.
• Engage in design evaluations and critiques.
• Acquire knowledge and implement UX best practices in design solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and various stakeholders.
• Convey design choices and reasoning clearly and succinctly.
• Proactively look for opportunities to enhance and develop your UX skills.
• 0-4 years of relevant experience in the UX domain.
• Strong grasp of user-centered design principles.
• Fundamental knowledge of qualitative and quantitative user research methods.
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, ensuring good file organization and solid prototyping capabilities.
• Exceptional communication (particularly written) and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Capacity to learn swiftly, critically evaluate your own work, and adapt to new challenges.
• A portfolio showcasing practical experience in applying UX principles.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) is preferred.
