This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist senior designers within product teams by handling daily design responsibilities — which include crafting and refining sophisticated, high-fidelity UI designs utilizing our Figma component library.
• Participate in cross-platform user experience design projects across both web and mobile applications.
• Aid in the maintenance and growth of our design library, which encompasses organizing components, updating documentation, and ensuring uniformity across Figma files.
• Support the creation of wireframes and low-to-mid fidelity mockups based on guidance from the design team.
• Contribute to usability testing initiatives—helping to plan sessions, engaging in live tests, and synthesizing results into concise, actionable summaries.
• Take part in design quality assurance — reviewing released experiences against specifications and identifying any inconsistencies.
• Participate in design reviews and team meetings as both an observer and a contributor, gaining insight into the decision-making processes across the product.
• Undertake small, defined design tasks independently as you become more familiar with our tools, processes, and product.
• Recent graduate holding a degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related discipline.
• A portfolio that showcases visual/UI design abilities and an understanding of design thinking — even if the projects are academic or personal in nature.
• Proficient in Figma, with a solid understanding of design libraries, components, and variants — along with a genuine desire to enhance that expertise on the job.
• Strong grasp of how design systems and component-based design operate in practice — not only using components but also knowing how to create and sustain them.
• Experience with usability testing or user research methodologies.
• Inquisitive, flexible, and eager to explore AI-assisted design tools and workflows as part of the design process.
• Keen attention to detail and a sincere interest in consistency, craftsmanship, and maintaining organized design files.
• A collaborative, humble approach — you’re here to learn and contribute, not to work in isolation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Competitive compensation.
• Comprehensive health benefits.
• Generous PTO.
• 401(k) matching.
• Paid parental leave.
• Hybrid work schedules.
• Career development support.
