📋 Description

• Establish the comprehensive UX vision and UI design language for our omnichannel ecosystem.

• Design advanced, user-oriented analytics tools.

• Drive the design strategy for AI-enhanced features.

• Manage and enhance a scalable Design System.

• Act as a liaison between Product, Engineering, and Stakeholders.

• Lead usability testing and conduct competitive analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in UX Strategy, Interaction Design, or Product Design.

• Expertise in data visualization principles; skilled at minimizing cognitive load while displaying complex information through intuitive charts and KPIs.

• Profound understanding of maintaining "state" and context for users as they transition across various devices and platforms.

• Experience in designing for Generative AI or Predictive Analytics, with a focus on the psychology of human-AI interaction (trust, feedback loops, and agency).

• High-level proficiency in Figma and contemporary prototyping tools.
