Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Leverages AI to collect customer research, create surveys and tests, and transform insights into clear user experiences.

• Develops prototypes for workflows, interactions, and logic using Claude Code and Cursor, allowing for swift iterations with customers and alignment with internal stakeholders.

• Produces high-fidelity UI prototypes that elevate aesthetics, animation, and visual quality beyond traditional manual craftsmanship.

• Streamlines handoffs to engineering through Figma or prototypes built with Claude Code or Cursor.

• Conducts user research to acquire deep insights into user behaviors, challenges, and requirements in the collaboration domain.

• Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and researchers, to establish product strategy and roadmap for the collaboration experience.

• Designs wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals that effectively convey design concepts and interaction models.

• Performs usability testing and collects user feedback to iterate and enhance designs.

• Collaborates closely with front-end developers to ensure the design vision is executed to the highest quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in product design, specifically focusing on collaboration or communication products.

• Strong portfolio showcasing a successful history of designing and launching impactful collaboration experiences.

• Proficient in design and prototyping software such as Sketch, Figma, or Origami.

• In-depth knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

• Ability to think strategically and convert user insights into innovative design solutions.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for crafting outstanding user experiences.

• Proficient in using AI tools in daily design practices, with hands-on experience in agentic coding tools like Claude Code and Cursor to enhance speed and quality of work.
