UX, Product Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform a thorough UX and product evaluation of the client's website.

• Map and assess the entire customer journey, from discovering events to purchasing tickets, gaining access, and experiencing post-event interactions.

• Engage in user research, conduct interviews, perform usability testing, and analyze user behavior.

• Enhance navigation, event discovery, checkout processes, conversion rates, and user retention.

• Identify product opportunities that bolster product-market alignment and deliver measurable value to audiences and organizers.

• Tailor the product to various markets, cultures, and user behaviors during international growth.

• Convert insights into user flows, wireframes, product specifications, and actionable recommendations.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and developers to bring concepts to fruition in the product.

• Establish UX priorities grounded in user impact, business goals, and growth potential.

• Contribute to the UX strategy and product development for the forthcoming mobile application.

• Set up scalable UX principles, processes, and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in UX strategy, user research, and digital product development.

• Proven experience in designing or enhancing consumer-facing digital products and intricate user journeys.

• Deep understanding of user behavior, conversion optimization, and product expansion strategies.

• Capability to align user needs with business and growth objectives.

• Experience collaborating with product, design, and development teams.

• Background in guiding products through growth phases, achieving product-market fit, or facilitating international expansion.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Previous experience in ticketing, events, marketplaces, e-commerce, travel, entertainment, SaaS, or high-growth startups is highly beneficial.

• Familiarity with designing for both RTL and LTR environments is an advantage.

• Ability to work autonomously, challenge assumptions, and transform ambiguity into clear, actionable solutions.
