This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Contribute to profitable growth within the Biopharma Production division by implementing strategic and tactical initiatives throughout the product lifecycle.
• Manage the current product portfolio, focusing on life-cycle management, process development, NPI Stage-Gate initiatives, new business opportunities, and profitability.
• Enhance profitability through proactive management of the portfolio lifecycle, optimization of costs and margins, pricing strategies, obsolescence targets, and recommendations for complementary products.
• Achieve revenue growth objectives through collaborative sales efforts and the development of opportunity pipelines.
• Plan and execute end-of-life processes for discontinued products.
• Assist with Change Notification and Product Deviation processes, ensuring that customer-facing documentation is thorough and receives necessary approvals.
• Support the NPI stage-gate process, ensuring timely completion of marketing deliverables.
• Collaborate with supply chain, operations, quality, and production teams to address supply chain issues, allocate resources, and validate product line forecasts.
• Aid in the creation of product-specific technical and marketing materials, including FAQs, presentations, case studies, white papers, and website/video content.
• Assist in defining product vision, developing portfolio roadmaps, conducting market analysis, performing competitive analysis, engaging in customer voice-of-the-customer activities, and crafting market strategies.
• Support the development and execution of annual pricing strategies.
• Create training materials for internal departments on new product features and provide customer support.
• A Bachelor’s degree (B.A. / B.S.) is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer engagement and cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, and Sales teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
• Familiarity with single-use technologies and their application in bioprocessing and biomanufacturing settings.
• Exceptional writing and presentation capabilities.
• Preferably 2 to 3 years of experience in the biopharma sector, with a solid grasp of market dynamics, competitive situations, and customer demands.
• Prior experience in product management and/or sales, including identifying market opportunities, developing marketing strategies, facilitating voice of the customer initiatives, and executing product launches.
