UX Designer – Salesforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Plan, create, and enhance user experiences (UX) for solutions developed on the Salesforce platform;

• Conduct research, analysis, and user needs assessments to propose intuitive interfaces focused on user experience;

• Develop navigation flows, wireframes, prototypes, and functional specifications to support the development of solutions;

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and best practices in usability and accessibility;

• Continuously validate and improve the user experience through testing, usability evaluations, and feedback collection;

• Assist in defining design standards and visual consistency of applications developed on the Salesforce platform;

• Engage in the ongoing enhancement of interfaces and user journeys, promoting greater efficiency, productivity, and satisfaction in the use of solutions;

• Participate in project ceremonies and activities, contributing to the definition, implementation, and evolution of user experience solutions;

• Document proposed solutions, ensuring traceability of design decisions and standardization of deliverables;

• Work closely with development and quality teams to ensure the proper implementation of user experience requirements;

• Additional routine tasks within the area.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional experience working with User Experience (UX) on the Salesforce platform;

• Required: Bachelor's degree in a field related to exact sciences or a bachelor's degree in any area of knowledge supplemented by a postgraduate course (specialization, master's, or doctorate) lasting a minimum of 360 hours in the field of Information Technology.

• Desirable: Certification as a Salesforce Advanced Administrator, GitHub Foundations Certification or GitHub Actions Certification, ISTQB CTFL (International Software Testing Qualifications Board), Salesforce User Experience (UX) Designer.

• Language: Advanced English for conversation (there will be an interview stage in this language).
