UX Designer, Provider Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Work alongside your product partners to identify ways to introduce new features while aligning with the team's business goals.

• Develop workflows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs that illustrate potential solutions to product requirements.

• Create sketches, illustrations, and storyboards to depict the various aspects of the experience you envision.

• Perform User Research to gain insights into both patient and provider experiences, pinpointing friction points and opportunities for enhancement.

• Collaborate with your engineering colleagues throughout the development lifecycle to guarantee a smooth and timely feature delivery.

• Co-establish the quantitative and qualitative metrics utilized to evaluate the quality of design deliverables and inform subsequent iterations.

• Enhance the Natera Design System by developing new components.

• Streamline the workflows that guide our efforts to position the Natera Design Team as a dependable and consistent partner to our stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design.

• A portfolio that highlights 2-3 projects you take particular pride in.

• Experience in contributing to and utilizing Design Systems at scale.

• Proven experience in designing complex enterprise applications.

• A strong passion for design that motivates you to create polished deliverables.

• Worked closely with Product Managers and Software Developers throughout the product development lifecycle.

• Experience in the healthcare or bio-tech sector is a plus.

• Conducted User Research with sensitive populations is a plus.
