UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design and redesign of comprehensive application experiences for CE Broker.

• Perform and integrate user research to identify needs and challenges.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for both web and mobile applications.

• Create production-quality front-end code for designs utilizing React and Tailwind CSS.

• Leverage Claude Design to streamline the transition from design to functional code.

• Manage and enhance the design system, including components and documentation.

• Facilitate design-engineering discussions regarding interaction patterns and architectural decisions.

• Ensure compliance with ADA standards and adherence to best practices across all deliverables.

• Remain updated on the latest trends in UX and AI tools, adopting beneficial technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of experience in UX/product design.

• A robust portfolio showcasing shipped products.

• Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools; experience with Figma is advantageous.

• Skills in front-end development using React and Tailwind CSS.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted design and coding tools, including Claude Design.

• Experience in building and maintaining design systems.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and product thinking.

• Knowledge of ADA compliance and accessibility standards (WCAG).

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
