• Take ownership of the user experience for PressW's healthcare scheduling platform redevelopment (codenamed Phoenix), reporting to the Engineering Leadership team.

• Drive internal platform evaluations and customer research (Phases 0-2). Identify and map existing workflows, challenges, and user behaviors.

• Contribute to API design during backend service migrations (Phase 3). Ensure that REST API structures align with user workflows.

• Develop and sustain the design system and component library.

• Produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Conduct usability tests to confirm design choices.

• Engage in frontend rollout feedback: perform usability testing with actual users during rollout phases, synthesize feedback, and refine the design accordingly.

• Share research insights and design rationale during weekly UX reviews with the Frontend Lead and client product team.
