UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform interaction and visual design tasks for both internal enterprise tools and client-facing digital products.

• Utilize user research insights and business requirements to develop user-centered designs that are intuitive, consistent, and in line with Premier's design standards.

• Create interaction flows, wireframes, and prototypes that effectively convey recommendations to cross-functional teams.

• Work closely with product managers and developers throughout the project lifecycle to maintain design integrity.

• Engage in design critiques, integrating feedback from peers and design leadership to enhance deliverables.

• Identify opportunities to enhance the user experience while adhering to established design patterns.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of practical, professional UX or product design experience within a corporate setting.

• Expertise in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and creating high-fidelity designs.

• Solid understanding of visual design principles, including typography, color, layout, hierarchy, and composition.

• Familiarity with interaction design principles and user-centered design methodologies.

• Capability to interpret and apply UX research findings and business objectives to design endeavors.

• Ability to receive clear direction and swiftly execute design tasks, iterating efficiently based on feedback.

• Knowledge of design systems and component-based design approaches.

• Excellent communication skills — able to effectively articulate design decisions to both design and non-design stakeholders.

• Strong attention to detail and a dedication to delivering polished, high-quality work.

• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
