This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Engage in the complete UX design and UX research cycle for a startup concept of your choosing.

• Develop AI-driven features and products while taking into account AI-specific design considerations and guidelines.

• Oversee product and feature scoping, along with comprehensive project management.

• Collaborate with startups to establish a scope of work and deliver upon UX research, UX design, product design, and service design based on that scope.

⛳️ Requirements

• Passionate about pursuing creative career opportunities in UX research, UX design, product design, or service design.

• Prepared to dedicate 5-10 hours weekly to fulfill program deliverables.

• Available to participate in 2-3 hour weekend lectures to understand the end-to-end design process OR willing to complete online video course modules.

• Receptive to feedback from UX mentors and shows a readiness to modify design work as needed.
