Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire product design process: Collaborate with your Product Owner, engineers, and analysts to transform ambiguous issues into refined, deliverable solutions. You'll determine the most effective design strategy to meet business objectives.

• Make decisions based on data: You won’t be working in isolation. Work together with our UX Research and Analytics teams to develop hypotheses, conduct tests, and convert user behavior into actionable insights.

• Enhance our ecosystem: Promote consistency across portals, widgets, and administrative tools while managing complex technical interdependencies.

• Utilize AI: AI is a standard tool in our operations, not just a trial. We anticipate you to actively engage with AI in your daily tasks, identify areas where it transforms challenges, and enhance your proficiency. You should already be meaningfully applying AI and understanding its value.

• Advocate for accessibility: Create intuitive, inclusive interfaces that comply with WCAG standards, ensuring our platform is accessible to all users.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated senior experience: At least 5 years of product design experience, preferably in complex B2B SaaS, FinTech, or extensive e-commerce environments.

• Systems-thinking portfolio: A robust portfolio of launched products that illustrates your approach to solving business challenges, navigating intricate workflows, and measuring design effectiveness (include case studies of your process, not merely polished UI images).

• Research & data proficiency: While you may not be a full-time researcher, you understand the basics: asking pertinent questions, tracking essential metrics, and leveraging data to support your decisions.

• Cross-functional teamwork: You are fluent in the languages of engineering and product, negotiating compromises while maintaining a high-quality user experience.

• Language proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher to facilitate seamless communication across our distributed team.
