This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Engage with business stakeholders, end users, and IT infrastructure teams to define, collect, and document business processes and requirements.

• Convert business requirements into comprehensive functional specifications for development purposes.

• Evaluate existing business systems and workflows through interviews and requirements-gathering workshops.

• Manage requirements for both new and existing applications.

• Collect and document software installation and configuration procedures.

• Support testing, develop training plans, facilitate user training, provide production support, and create user documentation.

• Participate in quality assurance by identifying test cases, clarifying complex processes, and aiding in test-plan development.

• Create business cases, ROI calculations, value definitions, cost assessments, benefit statements, and risk analyses.

• Oversee project tasks and lifecycle phases for small to mid-sized projects.

• Manage client and stakeholder communications while helping to prioritize IT service delivery.

• Conduct root-cause analysis to assist in defect resolution.

• Aid in defining scope and implementing solutions.

• Advocate for user experience improvements from prioritization to implementation and measurement.

• Identify, document, prioritize, and drive improvements that minimize user friction and enhance adoption and productivity.

• Maintain a prioritized backlog for UX and process improvements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and end users to identify pain points, user journeys, workflow barriers, and opportunities for enhancement.

• Transform feedback and operational data into requirements, specifications, process flows, and improvement plans.

• Work in partnership with application, infrastructure, service desk, security, vendor, and business teams.

• Manage assigned UX initiatives, track actions, eliminate obstacles, and escalate decisions as necessary.

• Assess and communicate the effectiveness of improvements, including adoption rates, efficiency gains, reduction in support incidents, simplification of processes, and user satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in identifying, leading, and executing user experience (UX) and business process improvement initiatives within an enterprise setting.

• Demonstrated ability to autonomously drive improvements from concept to implementation across various business and technology teams.

• Experience in collecting and analyzing user feedback, support trends, operational metrics, and business requirements.

• Background in coordinating cross-functional efforts involving business stakeholders, application, infrastructure, service desk, security, and vendor teams.

• Capacity to influence outcomes and drive change without direct authority.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery methodologies.

• In-depth understanding of the distinctions between coding and engineering.

• Experience acting as a user advocate and promoting continuous improvement initiatives.

• Familiarity with distributed team environments.

• Knowledge of databases and computer operating systems.

• Understanding of SaaS, on-premises systems, and cloud server services.

• Basic knowledge of domains and network functions.

• Familiarity with software installation processes.

• Experience in creating diagrams, flowcharts, user journeys, process maps, and other visual representations; proficiency in Visio or equivalent preferred.

• Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.

• Advanced proficiency in oral English.

• Advanced proficiency in Spanish.
