This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.
• Assist the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-4 Geographic Information System and Real Property Analysis program.
• Perform evaluations of real property and assess related operational procedures.
• Analyze workflows related to real property and GIS to pinpoint areas for enhancing efficiency, consistency, data accessibility, and management oversight.
• Create and document operational manuals, procedures manuals, standard operating procedures, workflow descriptions, and other related management documentation.
• Formulate strategies for the acquisition, organization, and analysis of HQIIS data via associated relational databases.
• Review object models, data models, and metadata repositories to enhance data structure, management, retrieval, and usage.
• Assist in the analysis of discrepancies among HQIIS, GFEBS/PRIDE, and IGI&S information.
• Aid in the development of findings, processes, technical documentation, management options, and data-driven recommendations for Government evaluation.
• Support assessments of installation real property and IGI&S workflows, including reconciliation, physical inventories, audit preparation, unconsolidation, data quality, and emerging Army directives.
• Contribute to local Real Property/GIS Management SOPs and internal training programs during installation support activities.
• Prepare analyses, procedures, meeting notes, reports, briefings, and supporting documentation.
• Monitor assigned tasks and provide information for monthly status updates and the annual task execution report.
• Collaborate with GIS, real property, training, software quality, business intelligence, and project management teams.
• Participate in Government meetings, conferences, briefings, and installation engagements as necessary.
• Safeguard proprietary, Government, personally identifiable, and other sensitive information.
• Designate work products and communications as contractor-generated when applicable.
• Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant discipline.
• Proven understanding of Department of Defense and Army real property policies and guidelines.
• Proven understanding of Army IGI&S policies and guidelines.
• Proven understanding of the most recently published DCS G-4 IGI&S Quality Assurance Plans.
• Proven understanding of the latest SDSFIE Army Adaptation.
• Proven understanding of Esri ArcGIS application software.
• Experience in conducting evaluations of real property and analyzing related procedures.
• Experience in preparing operational manuals, procedures manuals, SOPs, or similar documentation.
• Experience in developing strategies for acquiring and analyzing HQIIS or similarly comparable relational database information.
• Experience reviewing object models, data models, and metadata repositories to enhance data structure, management, and accessibility.
• Experience and knowledge relevant to key tasks and high-impact assignments.
• Ability to analyze complex issues related to real property, GIS, procedures, and data management.
• Ability to translate analytical findings into precise and usable procedures, manuals, reports, and management documentation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Government representatives, Army installation personnel, functional specialists, and technical team members.
• Ability to produce factually accurate deliverables free from grammatical and spelling errors.
• Ability to perform as an experienced professional acceptable to the U.S. Army.
• Remote work arrangement.
• Some travel (estimated maximum 20%).
