UX Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Implements the structure and flow of a digital solution (website, app, software, mobile, etc.)

• Analyzes how the end-user interacts with the product and develops a framework, including layouts and workflows

• Delivers UX experiences that are intuitive and straightforward

• Conducts internal workshops and presentations for digital products focused on design thinking

• Gathers and analyzes user industry-wide information to identify insights and enhance the effectiveness of our offerings

• Applies design concepts and experiences for websites

• Mentors Product Designers on methodologies and approaches to design experience

• Evaluates current and potential websites to provide actionable insights

• Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients to define, design, deploy, and test enhancements to user interfaces

• Produces deliverables that effectively communicate proposed user experience designs

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business-related field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science)

• 2 – 4 years of relevant experience

• Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat

• Experience in Digital Design

• Knowledge of User Experience principles

• Familiarity with Journey Mapping

• Understanding of Sitemaps

• Experience with User Flows

• Competence in Wireframing
