Utility Line Clearance Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Overseeing personnel across various company operations to ensure business objectives are met to the satisfaction of management;

• Manage assigned teams, schedule, guide, and execute activities related to tree services for utility and private clients;

• Capable of collaborating with diverse community members and homeowners to guarantee the successful completion of tasks and satisfaction for all parties involved.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years in the tree industry or previous supervisory experience is required.

• Strong management, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential.

• Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma, GED, or an equivalent qualification.

• A current and valid driver's license in good standing, as determined by Lucas Tree, is mandatory.

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions is necessary.

• Must be physically capable of fulfilling the job requirements.

• Willingness to travel as needed for the position is required.

• Familiarity with technology (such as smartphones and computers) along with basic computer skills is essential.

• Ability to create estimates for bidding on new jobs while ensuring excellent public relations at all times is necessary.

• Capable of developing new accounts, maintaining existing customer relationships, and addressing and resolving complaints.

• Must currently hold or be willing to obtain and maintain required licenses and certifications (Pesticide, Arborist, CDL, CTSP) to advance in your career, with costs covered by Lucas Tree Experts.

• Successful completion of a post-offer physical, drug screening, background check, and motor vehicle check is required.
