Utility Line Clearance – Foreman, Trimmers, Bucket Operators, CDL Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Leads and manages a tree crew while executing assigned tasks.

• Engages in daily communication with the General Foreman regarding all job-related matters.

• Demonstrates the ability to perform all essential skills of a tree trimmer with a focus on safety.

• Understands and oversees the job responsibilities assigned.

• Maintains all necessary equipment inspection documentation.

• Conducts inspections and maintenance of equipment.

• Completes daily paperwork and reports diligently.

• Accurately submits timesheets in a timely manner.

• Carries out any additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

• Has successfully finished all safety training videos along with First Aid and CPR training programs.

• Has completed the Aerial Rescue Training Program.

• Has fulfilled all Trimmer Standards requirements.

• Typically has developed climbing skills over a period of 24+ months.

• Capable of pushing/pulling brush or wood weighing over 100 lbs.

• Able to perform physically demanding repetitive tasks such as walking, bending, sitting, or climbing.

• Utilizes and consistently applies personal protective gear on a daily basis.

• Capable of identifying job hazards, conducting job briefings, and determining drop zones.

• Able to recognize tree assignments and establish drop zones.

• Competent in assessing the appropriate method (mechanical or manual) for tree assignments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid CDL Driver's License is a must.

• Demonstrated experience as a trimmer/climber and bucket operator, typically 2+ years.

• Completed OSHA, Aerial Rescue, and First Aid/CPR training.

• Skills in leadership, crew coordination, training, equipment inspection, daily reporting, and problem-solving.

• Knowledge in tree identification, operating hand/power tools, climbing/trimming techniques, and equipment maintenance.

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, lift heavy brush, and work in varying weather conditions.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
