Utility Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +10 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead post-sale consulting projects to assist clients in the onboarding and configuration of Entrata’s utility products.

• Customize software according to client workflows to guarantee precise billing and adherence to regulatory standards.

• Sustain subject matter expertise through platform certification and ongoing education.

• Resolve implementation challenges, document insights, and escalate complex issues as required.

• Collaborate across departments with internal teams, including Operations and Fulfillment, to ensure smooth project transitions.

• Aid in the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and engage in process enhancement initiatives.

• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and responsive support.

• Relay regulatory updates and assist clients in making necessary compliance adjustments.

• Set up and test software systems according to client specifications.

• Interact with clients and internal stakeholders to comprehend requirements and offer solutions.

• Oversee multiple implementation tasks simultaneously while adhering to established timelines.

• Keep precise documentation of configurations, communications, and issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• At least 2 years of experience in software implementation, utility billing, or a comparable field.

• Capability to effectively prioritize tasks by meeting deadlines and managing workload efficiently.

• Proficient in Google Suite and quick to learn new platforms.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Maintain a professional demeanor in interactions with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the capacity to adapt existing solutions to meet unique client requirements.

• Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
