Utility Billing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the entire lifecycle of utility and meter reading operations throughout various communities.

• Serve as the primary expert for billing inquiries from Community Managers.

• Function as the initial point of contact for any meter-related issues.

• Collaborate with the Billing and Recapture Manager for monthly reporting and budgeting activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required; a background in business administration, management, or operations is advantageous but not essential.

• At least 1 year of experience in multi-family utility billing (experience in manufactured home communities is a plus).

• Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a problem-solving attitude.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and quick to learn new software and systems.

• Capable of working in an office environment for extended periods while utilizing standard office equipment.
