This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Define and advance the UX vision and concept for integrating the Market Apps into the global ecosystem.
• Plan and conduct user research, customer interviews, and customer journey analyses for the three primary target groups.
• Translate business requirements, customer needs, and usage data into clear UX concepts, wireframes, and interaction flows to hand over to the UI design team.
• Design and optimize the registration, onboarding, login, and account/admin flows of the customer portal.
• Ensure UX consistency across the portfolio: define and evolve UX patterns, principles, and best practices.
• Evaluate impact using data-driven methods and incorporate insights into feature prioritization and product strategy.
• 6 - 9 years of professional experience.
• Experience in customer journey management.
• Experience in user experience and UX.
