Senior UX Researcher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Recognize usability gaps and take the initiative to implement enhancements.

• Perform competitive analysis and audits to generate actionable insights.

• Collaborate with product managers and designers on user journeys and interactions.

• Analyze user feedback and data to uncover pain points.

• Promote UX consistency through established design systems and best practices.

• Assist in usability testing and articulate hypotheses.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in UX, product design, or similar domains.

• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles.

• Strong intuition regarding customers and products.

• Capability to assess experiences and pinpoint usability challenges.

• Experience in conducting competitive evaluations and UX audits.
