• Ensures that research and testing strategies align with the broader project objectives.

• Proficient in conducting interviews with a deep sense of empathy.

• Comfortable in generating reports and presenting findings, including making informed recommendations.

• Demonstrates sound commercial awareness.

• Collaborates with the larger project team to highlight the value of User Research.
