📋 Description

• Create a new account on OKX and similar competitor applications.

• Complete identity verification by scanning an ID and taking a selfie.

• Add funds to your account.

• Execute an initial cryptocurrency transaction.

• Verbally express your thoughts while recording both screen and audio.

• Submit your recordings along with completed feedback questionnaires.

• Join a weekly debrief call lasting one hour every Friday.

• Take part in a structured research initiative assessing the onboarding and payment processes within the OKX cryptocurrency exchange application.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a new user with no prior experience on OKX or competitor applications.

• A valid government-issued ID: passport, driver's license, residence permit, or electronic ID.

• A functional payment method: bank transfer, credit/debit card, PayPal, Apple/Google Pay, or a local alternative.

• Proficiency in the local language along with the ability to narrate in English.

• Access to both Android and iOS devices.

• Capability to record screen with clear audio in a quiet and private environment.

• Thoughtful engagement with a natural pace, avoiding any rush.

• Clear and specific narration accompanied by written feedback.

• Ratings that align with the explanations provided.

• Strict compliance with the task sequence: Sign Up → Verify → Deposit → Purchase.
