User Enablement and Adoption Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Create a framework for the daily management of assigned business applications, covering user management, security, configuration, and permissions.

• Develop a strategy to act as the IT Services technical lead for AI initiatives at Amplify.

• Exhibit excellent customer service and problem-solving capabilities by effectively addressing support tickets.

• Establish and nurture strong working relationships with internal staff, software vendors, and external partners.

• Serve as a strategic collaborator with business teams to collect requirements for new projects and enhancements.

• Oversee change management activities associated with application launches, updates, enhancements, bug fixes, and patches.

• Create and design policies, processes, usage guidelines, and technical documentation to ensure system security and integrity.

• Offer training and mentorship to end users and subject matter experts on application usage and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with senior leadership and align technology adoption with long-term business objectives.

• Comfortable presenting 'business cases' for new tools instead of merely instructing users on their operation.

• Experience collaborating with a blend of in-person, remote, and offshore teams.

• Expertise in troubleshooting, maintaining, and supporting application integrations.

• Proficient in identifying root causes of issues and implementing proven solutions.

• Established capability to lead enterprise AI initiatives, including system rollout, documentation, and end-user training, focusing on maintaining data quality and reliable outputs.

• Over 5 years of experience supporting AI platforms such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or Anthology.
