This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• We are looking for a motivated individual to oversee and expand web and web-to-app campaigns while enhancing performance across various channels.
• In this position, you will take the lead in launching new channels, refining existing ones through thorough testing, and devising innovative strategies to support our growth initiatives.
• You will actively manage and optimize some of our crucial marketing channels with rigorous testing.
• You will create successful creatives in collaboration with our in-house creative team.
• You will automate processes and implement new tools to save time, enhance results, and boost our data visibility.
• You will serve as a vital stakeholder within the User Acquisition (UA) team, proactively proposing and leading new initiatives to scale our marketing expenditures.
• You will listen to customer insights and data, actively transforming them into clear next steps reflected in your channel strategies.
• You will be responsible for overseeing 1-3 major projects within the marketing team, such as new network onboarding or other cross-functional initiatives.
• You will apply user acquisition best practices and remain updated on industry trends.
• **Qualifications**
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in paid user acquisition, managing significant monthly budgets, preferably in subscription services, mobile applications, consumer apps, or gaming.
• A proactive, solution-driven mindset, with experience in executing Web, Web to App, and Web to Web CAPI campaigns.
• **Proficiency with analytics tools such as Amplitude, Data Studio, and Looker is essential.**
• A strong foundation in data-driven decision-making, A/B testing, and a proven ability to conduct analytical deep dives for troubleshooting.
• **Extensive experience in campaign management across Google, Facebook, and at least two additional paid social channels (e.g., Pinterest, TikTok, Snap, Twitter).**
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams from concept through execution and analysis.
• Excellent copywriting and proofreading abilities, with a talent for enhancing the effectiveness of web landing pages.
• A self-sufficient work ethic, with a 'growth mindset' that emphasizes experimentation and testing to drive results.
