This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malta.
• Launching and optimizing Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns.
• Conducting reporting and analysis of advertising initiatives.
• Analyzing projects and audience metrics using AppsFlyer, internal BI, and other tools.
• Scaling channels to achieve target LTV/CPA levels, while enhancing CPA and other essential metrics.
• Testing innovative creative concepts, targeting strategies, and ad formats.
• Over 2 years of successful user acquisition performance for mobile applications, specifically with Facebook (Meta) and TikTok Ads (mandatory).
• Familiarity with Twitter, Google Ads, Pinterest, Snapchat, Apple Search Ads, and DSPs is advantageous.
• A solid understanding of how advertising platforms operate, knowledge of unit economics, and the ability to analyze how sales funnel metrics influence profitability.
• Knowledge of install tracking dynamics and experience working with MMPs like AppsFlyer, along with the capability to explain the workings of SKAdNetwork.
• Proficient in Russian and possess a B1 level in English.
