This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Utilize Research and Development expertise to expand and sustain a portfolio.
• Interact with clients regarding operational delivery strategies.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective operational execution.
• Oversee and redesign post-award strategies.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships.
• Create and implement trial strategies that promote market differentiation.
• Advocate for client needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Formulate business development strategies, including proposal creation and bid defense preparation.
• Assist with publications and conferences to boost visibility.
• Guarantee adherence to operational, financial, and quality standards.
• Contribute to project performance metrics and drive initiatives for business enhancement.
• Foster a learning environment and mentorship opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in research and development as well as clinical research (pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO).
• At least 3 years in Drug Delivery Project Management.
• An advanced degree, such as a PhD and/or MBA, is preferred.
• Experience managing client relationships and a solid understanding of business development.
• Proven track record of vision, strategy, and growth experience.
• Ability to review and analyze relevant data to develop evidence-based clinical trial strategies.
• Strong networking skills and a willingness to collaborate with individuals globally.
• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational capabilities.
• Financial acumen to understand and effectively contribute to a competitive and profitable study or program strategy.
