This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the establishment of new business lines from inception to scale. Take accountability for transforming a concept into a sustainable revenue stream, such as launching an adjacent product for cross-selling, targeting a new audience segment, or creating a new go-to-market strategy.
• Formulate the strategy and prioritize initiatives. Determine what to develop, in which sequence, and the approach to succeed. Convert these strategies into a detailed plan for the entire team to implement.
• Construct the go-to-market strategy from scratch. Define product positioning and pricing, shape the sales approach and its market presence, and collaborate with marketing to establish the necessary channels for customer acquisition and conversion in a profitable manner.
• Manage the financial aspects. Develop the business case, analyze unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback, contribution margin), set performance targets, and direct resources towards effective strategies.
• Identify and forge GTM and distribution partnerships essential for the launch and growth of new business lines.
• Serve as a liaison across product, product marketing, sales, engineering, operations, and partnerships—removing obstacles, fostering alignment, and ensuring that all functions work towards a unified goal.
• Engage hands-on wherever it drives business progress. Conduct analyses, draft narratives, participate in sales calls, and explore the sales funnel—whatever is necessary to scale the initiative.
• Cultivate a detailed understanding of how products, channels, and teams interact, utilizing this knowledge to make informed decisions and guide teams towards favorable outcomes.
• Advocate for AI-driven workflows across all functions, leveraging AI to accelerate processes and achieve previously unattainable results.
• Over 10 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a prestigious management consulting firm or investment banking, followed by 3+ years in business operations, a general management/business-building role, or a founding position in a rapidly growing, venture-backed company.
• A natural builder. You thrive on creating from the ground up and take ownership of a new business line as if it were your own enterprise.
• An operational mindset. You take responsibility for outcomes and actively contribute to making things happen. You tackle obstacles with determination and tenacity, not just theoretical ideas.
• Proven track record of achieving results directly. You possess numerous examples where you led and managed initiatives from start to finish and understand what it takes to succeed in fast-paced environments, beyond merely offering recommendations.
• You are not just an AI user but an AI creator. You’ve developed workflows and internal tools that significantly enhance a team's collective judgment and productivity.
• Capacity to delve into details and also view the bigger picture. You can analyze the intricacies of a new product and channel while also considering strategic implications and next steps.
• Structured thinker. You can quickly distill complex, ambiguous issues to identify what is most important and communicate it clearly.
• Exceptional communicator capable of navigating between C-level strategy and operational details, crafting concise narratives in both written documents and live executive discussions.
