This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Responsible for the strategic planning, prioritization, and execution of Frontier’s airport growth, real estate, and infrastructure investment portfolio.
• Directly oversees a multi-airport portfolio, guiding capital allocation choices and fostering cross-functional alignment across Network Planning, Finance, Operations, Government Affairs, Facilities, and Airport Affairs.
• Accountable for delivering quantifiable growth outcomes, assigned annually by station in collaboration with internal stakeholder groups, which include capacity expansion, cost optimization, and long-term real estate positioning.
• Lead, design, and govern cross-functional strategies aimed at growth, cost reduction, and capacity expansion, directly impacting airport P&L and enterprise growth objectives.
• Act as Frontier’s senior representative with airport authorities, commercial partners, and government stakeholders, negotiating real estate, facility access, and long-term growth strategies.
• Consult and collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance decision-making and maximize impact.
• Co-manage financial modeling, investment assessment, and capital allocation decisions with FP&A to ensure returns align with Frontier’s cost and growth thresholds.
• Collaborate with the Facilities team to promote high-impact airport infrastructure and facilities programs, ensuring they align with Frontier’s objectives and operational priorities.
• Improve communication systems to enhance structured reporting to leadership and internal stakeholders regarding ongoing initiatives.
• Oversee the establishment of airport growth targets, portfolio prioritization, financial evaluations, and scenario analyses, ensuring resource allocation is in line with strategic growth plans.
• Conduct executive-level presentations, offering updates on program status, risks, and ROI to senior leadership.
• Facilitate multi-year portfolio planning, incorporating capacity, cost, regulatory, and operational factors.
• Lead negotiations pertaining to airport use, facilities expansion, commercial terms, and long-term real estate positioning.
• Develop and manage governance processes for airport development initiatives, ensuring executive visibility and alignment.
• Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to analysts and cross-functional contributors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in business development, aviation/airport strategy, infrastructure delivery, consulting, or capital program management.
• Preferred experience in transportation, airline, or aviation-related sectors.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Candidates with experience in negotiating commercial, real estate, and airport agreements will be preferred.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Executive presence with the capability to influence senior leadership.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and make independent, data-driven decisions with enterprise-wide impact.
• Proficient in structuring intricate, multi-year business cases and negotiating agreements.
• Demonstrated success in decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
• Proven experience in cultivating and maintaining internal and external relationships.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on results.
• Experience in creating and delivering impactful presentations.
• Solid foundation in financial analysis.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with business intelligence and data visualization tools is preferred.
