This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take charge of and expand **paid acquisition channels** (Meta, Google, TikTok)
• Oversee and enhance **substantial daily ad budgets**
• Enhance **CAC, ROAS, and LTV** across various markets
• Continuously test creatives, audiences, and funnels
• Collaborate closely with the product team to boost **conversion & retention**
• Identify high-LTV countries and expand successful markets
• Develop and refine growth strategies from start to finish
• **5+ years of experience** in performance marketing
• Demonstrated success in **scaling B2C mobile apps**
• In-depth knowledge of **ROAS, CAC, LTV, attribution**
• Experience in managing **substantial ad budgets**
• A data-driven approach (you thrive on dashboards)
• Quick execution, accountability, and a startup mindset
• Experience with subscription apps is a significant advantage
