This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• A dynamic leader focused on driving account growth, responsible for achieving double-digit year-over-year growth in one or more key accounts.
• Position Nagarro as the strategic partner for AI transformation with CXOs.
• Methodically expand the scope and depth of client engagement.
• Increase the assigned portfolio by over 15% year-over-year.
• Meet revenue targets in collaboration with the account's Custodian of Client Success through structured account planning, influencing the CXO agenda, engaging with procurement, and working alongside Nagarro teams to identify and promote expanded offerings.
• Secure and maintain a prominent position for AI at the highest levels within the managed accounts, in partnership with AI for Change advisors and capability leaders.
• Obtain public testimonials and references from clients highlighting the quality of Nagarro's services.
• Minimum of 5 years in key account leadership or similar experience, managing a $20+ million account for a renowned professional services firm with a successful track record in account expansion.
• Ability to engage credibly with client CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and business leaders, fostering warm relationships.
• Industry-specific AI fluency - Capable of leading value-driven discussions on AI transformation in at least one sector.
• Proficient in deal shaping and possessing strong commercial acumen - Able to construct and defend a compelling business case.
• Comfortable navigating procurement and legal negotiations.
• A collaborative operator - Works effectively with engineering and capability teams, earning their trust and support while maintaining low ego and high accountability.
