This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.
⢠Take ownership of the pipeline across three distinct motions with varying levels of maturity.
⢠Manage the paid acquisition strategy across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and Reddit, focusing on investment areas, testing approaches, and budget allocation.
⢠Discover new channel and audience opportunities ahead of the curve.
⢠Establish the ABM strategy for Advantage from the ground up: determine account selection criteria, create the target account list, and formulate the campaign framework.
⢠Oversee the nurture layer across various segments: implement email sequences, retargeting strategies, and content syndication to maintain prospect engagement beyond the initial click.
⢠Handle pipeline reporting across segments and link acquisition efforts to actual revenue rather than proxy metrics.
⢠Provide insights to marketing, sales, and product teams in a manner that influences decisions rather than merely informing them.
⢠Guide the designer and content writer with clear direction to achieve resultsāavoiding micromanagement and vague requests.
⢠You possess extensive, proven experience in ABMāeither having built a program from the ground up or being closely involved in its success and challenges across multiple organizations.
⢠You can analyze attribution data to discern what is truly correlated to revenue and adjust budget allocations accordingly.
⢠You are adept at quickly identifying discrepancies in a data dashboardādistinguishing between benchmark issues and genuine problemsāand know how to address them immediately.
⢠You are capable of designing a nurture sequence tailored to a sales cycle that spans weeks or months, based on the actual stage of the buyer rather than a generic drip campaign.
⢠You can effectively brief a designer and content writer with specific directions that ensure high-performing outputs without the need for micromanagement.
⢠You can lead and hold an external performance agency accountable for pipeline results, rather than merely campaign activities.
⢠You can establish a collaborative model with sales from scratchādefining what marketing transfers, what is needed back, and how the handoff occurs.
⢠You can articulate a specific campaign or program you decided to discontinueāand explain your reasoning.
⢠Bonus points: Familiarity with HubSpot, GA4, and customer data platforms (learnable if you excel in other areas).
⢠Bonus points: Experience in acquisition within the Free plan / PLG sector.
