User Acquisition Manager, Interior Design Product

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Optimization of current advertising campaigns in Google Ads to enhance product performance.

• Management and scaling of Search and UAC campaigns for both iOS and Android platforms.

• Launching and optimizing new types of advertising campaigns (Demand Gen, Performance Max, and others).

• Analyzing campaign effectiveness based on key marketing and product metrics.

• Identifying new strategies for scaling traffic acquisition.

• Collaborating with product and analytics teams to assess traffic quality and the impact of marketing activities on product metrics.

• Generating new ideas and hypotheses for product development and testing new approaches.

• Engaging with the Google team: applying best market practices, testing new advertising products, and utilizing Google's internal research.

• Conducting competitor analysis, identifying successful market practices, and adapting and implementing them.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of experience in performance marketing.

• Practical experience in traffic acquisition via Google Ads.

• Mandatory experience with Search campaigns.

• Experience with Tableau.

• Familiarity with AppsFlyer or other Mobile Measurement Platforms (MMP).

• Experience with Amplitude or other product analytics systems.

• Strong understanding of marketing and product metrics.

• High analytical skills and critical thinking.

• Result-oriented with the ability to achieve set goals.

• Initiative, autonomy, and readiness to take ownership of responsibilities.

• High energy, eagerness to learn quickly, and a desire for personal development.

• Ambition and the drive to scale your impact alongside the product.

• Experience with UAC or Demand Gen campaigns.

• Experience in web-to-app traffic acquisition.

• Proficiency in Google Analytics.

• English language proficiency at B2+ level for communication with external partners and the Google team.
