Lead Product Designer – Consumer Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Create designs for Redfin’s primary consumer product on both desktop and mobile platforms.

• Develop a captivating and unified user experience.

• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders.

• Present design ideas through wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.

• Utilize quantitative data and qualitative feedback to guide design choices.

• Champion the user and prioritize their needs.

• Contribute to and enhance the existing design system.

• Over 8 years of experience as a Product Designer.

• A strong portfolio that highlights impactful product designs.

• Exceptional communication abilities.

• Collaborative skills for effective teamwork.

• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics.
