This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Oversee the assessment and revamp of essential HR processes (such as onboarding, offboarding, job transitions, and leave management) with an emphasis on user experience, efficiency, and compliance.
• Convert business requirements into HR operational specifications, ensuring that processes are tailored to meet current and future needs.
• Collaborate with HR Operations, HR Technology, and business partners to jointly develop and execute process enhancements.
• Conduct workshops and design sessions to collect insights, identify challenges, and create new process flows.
• Establish and uphold process documentation, including workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and service delivery frameworks.
• Track process performance and pinpoint opportunities for ongoing improvement, standardization, and optimization of HR processes and systems, overseeing the journey from design to execution.
• Ensure alignment with the overarching global HR strategy, compliance requirements, and digital transformation efforts.
• Serve as a thought leader in HR service design, incorporating external benchmarks and innovative methodologies.
• Prioritize colleague experience in the execution of HR services and technology implementations.
• Assess process adoption and maturity levels concerning key service management topics.
• Apply continuous improvement (OPXL) principles, processes, and tools to identify, define, and implement systemic enhancements that support and sustain HR Ops & Tech's overall business strategies.
• Demonstrated experience in HR process design, HR operations, or HR transformation roles.
• In-depth understanding of the complete HR lifecycle processes and service delivery models.
• Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and influence across various functions.
• Familiarity with process mapping tools (such as Visio, Miro, Lucidchart) and HR systems (including Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow HRSD).
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret data and inform decision-making.
• Experience in agile environments or knowledge of design thinking is an advantage.
