User Acquisition Manager, Google Ads, iOS Apps

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Moldova.

📋 Description

• Expanding and enhancing user acquisition campaigns on Google Ads with a primary emphasis on iOS traffic: UAC, Search, YouTube, DemandGen, PMAX.

• Crafting, testing, and refining app/web/web2app funnels while analyzing user journeys and conversion rates at each stage.

• Strategizing and executing A/B and uplift tests to quantify the genuine incremental effects.

• Delving into raw analytics: revealing hidden trends, pinpointing growth opportunities, formulating hypotheses, and advocating them to the team.

• Overseeing creatives and working closely with our internal motion designers and analytics teams to synchronize strategies.

• Assuming responsibility for ad budgets and allocating them strictly based on data-informed models and objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Senior User Acquisition Manager overseeing substantial budgets in global markets, particularly within Google Ads.

• Proven success in scaling iOS campaigns along with a strong grasp of mobile attribution.

• Practical experience in developing and managing web2app funnels.

• Strong analytical abilities: you comprehend mathematical statistics, make decisions solely based on data, and can easily clarify concepts such as confidence intervals and p-values to the team.

• In-depth understanding of marketing incrementality.

• Expertise with tools like AppsFlyer and Google Analytics.

• Native-level proficiency in Russian and professional proficiency in English (B1+).
