• Spearhead extensive creative testing initiatives at scale, transforming successful creatives into high-performing assets, and collaborating closely with the creative team to shape creative direction and production based on performance insights.
• Execute and expand high-budget Google Ads campaigns (mid—7 figures annually) focusing primarily on visual-first campaign formats — Demand Gen, GDA, YouTube, ensuring sustainable DTC acquisition at scale in alignment with LTV/CAC, ROI, and revenue objectives.
• Take ownership of and consistently monitor all performance KPIs within Google Ads and our BI tools, converting data into actionable strategies that foster growth.
• Stay informed on industry and competitive trends (new creative strategies, formats, funnels, propositions, competitor approaches) and proactively interpret insights into opportunities for testing and scaling.
• Remain ahead of industry, platform, and auction dynamics and updates, collaborating closely with other members of the PPC team across various applications.
• Leverage (and proactively recommend) internal automation/analytics solutions (autorules, scripts) to minimize manual workload, enhance efficiency, and expedite iteration.
• Over 2 years of practical experience with Google Ads, delivering strong results in DTC (subscription apps are a significant advantage), with a proven history of managing budgets exceeding $1M and effectively scaling accounts while maintaining CAC and LTV/CAC within set targets.
• Extensive hands-on expertise in all Google Ads campaign types, with particular proficiency in Demand Gen, GDA, and YouTube; familiarity with other DSPs like Applovin is a strong plus.
• Proficient in English at a B2 level or higher.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting structured, high-volume creative testing at scale, effectively interpreting signals, and converting winning strategies into scalable, repeatable frameworks.
• Strong understanding of visual creative formats and the elements that contribute to high-performing creatives that succeed at scale (hooks, structure, offer framing, and attention-grabbing visuals).
• Comfortable working with large datasets and tools such as Excel, BI tools (Tableau), GA4, and data visualization platforms.
• Actively tracks industry and competitor trends (creative concepts, propositions, funnels) and translates them into actionable recommendations.
