This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
β’ Development and implementation of the UA strategy for scaling the Web direction of Meta Ads
β’ Planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling campaigns with clear objectives (CAC / ROAS / ROMI)
β’ Collaborating on the creation and adaptation of creatives for various formats and audiences
β’ Conducting A/B testing at different stages of web funnels and setting up campaigns to enhance results
β’ Identifying new audiences, placements, and creative approaches alongside the product marketing team and the creative team
β’ 1-3 years of experience with META Ads in B2C SaaS products (practical experience with Snapchat and TikTok Ads will be an advantage)
β’ Understanding of marketing metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPC, CR, CPA, ROAS, ROI, LTV, CAC, Churn, Retention
β’ Proven track record in managing advertising budgets (from $200,000 / month)
β’ Seeking validation of hypotheses through data, always tracking metrics during launches
β’ Values unconventional approaches, especially regarding tests and interesting cases
β’ Initiative and a desire to rapidly grow toward a people management role
β’ Intermediate (B1+) English proficiency
