• Development and implementation of the UA strategy for scaling the Web direction of Meta Ads
• Planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling campaigns with clear objectives (CAC / ROAS / ROMI)
• Collaborating on the creation and adaptation of creatives for various formats and audiences
• Conducting A/B testing at different stages of web funnels and setting up campaigns to enhance results
• Identifying new audiences, placements, and creative approaches alongside the product marketing team and the creative team
• 1-3 years of experience with META Ads in B2C SaaS products (practical experience with Snapchat and TikTok Ads will be an advantage)
• Understanding of marketing metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPC, CR, CPA, ROAS, ROI, LTV, CAC, Churn, Retention
• Proven track record in managing advertising budgets (from $200,000 / month)
• Seeking validation of hypotheses through data, always tracking metrics during launches
• Values unconventional approaches, especially regarding tests and interesting cases
• Initiative and a desire to rapidly grow toward a people management role
• Intermediate (B1+) English proficiency
