This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• User Acquisition: Enhance participation in Couple.com's weekly online singles events by leveraging a combination of partnerships, outbound sales, community engagement, and innovative campaigns.
• Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with organizers of singles groups, meetups, communities, and related events to direct their members to Couple.com.
• Field Sales & Recruiting: Participate in singles events, mixers, and gatherings—often on nights and weekends—to attract attendees and expand your network.
• Social Engagement: Actively engage in comments, DMs, and online communities frequented by singles, transforming conversations into registrations.
• Rapid Iteration: Continuously experiment with new acquisition channels. Discontinue what isn't effective and focus on what works.
• Retention Focus: Target the right users—those who return. Use repeat attendance as an indicator of quality.
• Reporting & Accountability: Take ownership of your metrics. Attendance growth, cost per attendee, and retention are your primary KPIs.
• A creative, resourceful, and proactive mindset. You don't wait for permission or a budget.
• A strong personal network is advantageous—whether it's in the singles/dating industry, events, nightlife, creator economy, or community development.
• Previous experience in sales, partnerships, community management, event production, influencer marketing, nightlife promotion, or growth marketing is beneficial but not mandatory. Attitude and a proven track record are more important than job titles.
• Exceptional communication skills—whether in DMs, face-to-face, over the phone, or even on stage if necessary.
• Comfortable with uncertainty and ready to build the plane while flying it.
• Willingness to work some evenings and weekends as required by the job—attending events and being present where singles gather.
• Must be located in the US or Canada. This position is fully remote.
• This is a contract role with a clear pathway to a full-time position.
