User Acquisition Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the acquisition strategy and its performance across various client initiatives.

• Lead and support a team of User Acquisition specialists, ensuring high standards of execution.

• Develop scalable frameworks for targeting, bidding, budgeting, and geographic expansion.

• Collaborate with the Creative Production team to drive creative testing cycles.

• Supervise tracking, event validation, and ensure attribution quality across channels.

• Conduct weekly client meetings providing insights, recommendations, and actionable plans.

• Synchronize User Acquisition efforts with product growth and monetization strategies.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and shifts in the competitive landscape.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 3 years of direct experience managing paid User Acquisition on platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok.

• Demonstrated success in scaling mobile applications across various sectors.

• Experience with web-to-web acquisition processes.

• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with post-ATT measurement techniques.

• Proficient with attribution and analytics tools such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.

• Solid grasp of subscription economics.

• Capability to mentor, coach, and support User Acquisition specialists.

• Effective communicator with experience in presenting strategies and performance metrics to clients.

• Ability to design experiments, analyze results, and propose subsequent actions.

• Proficient in English with strong cross-functional collaboration abilities.
