This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

• Identify and evaluate creators for UGC and campaign collaborations.

• Negotiate and oversee UGC agreements from start to finish.

• Maintain adaptable, continuous communication with creators.

• Keep an eye on X, Instagram, and TikTok for new trends, formats, and concepts.

• Utilize AI tools such as Claude to create prompts and establish automated workflows.

• Enhance the speed and scalability of campaign execution.

• Quickly transform ideas into tangible experiments.

• Collaborate directly with the Social Growth lead on creator-focused campaigns that translate attention into growth.

• Availability to work part-time hours.

• Understanding of how to bring a product to market and convert attention into growth.

• Experience or familiarity with the creator economy, short-form content, and UGC.

• Proficient in managing multiple creator relationships at once.

• Excellent communication skills and strong follow-through.

• Quick-paced, action-oriented mindset.

• Ability to take initiative independently.
