This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa, +3 more states.
• Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients.
• Drive the growth of the Farmina brand within the designated region.
• Manage retail accounts within the assigned area.
• Accompany distribution representatives on their routes.
• Conduct store visits on a 6 to 8-week cycle.
• Acquire new customer accounts.
• Offer merchandising assistance.
• Train staff members.
• Participate in trade shows.
• Submit expense reports, including mileage, punctually.
• Minimum of 2 years of external sales experience in the pet food sector.
• Possession of a valid Driver’s License.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to coordinate others' schedules.
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Innovative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Bachelor's Degree (Preferred).
