US Mortgage Closer, Loan Closer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• The Loan Closer is tasked with preparing mortgage closing documents.

• Additionally, the Loan Closer ensures that all critical information is accurate while liaising with internal staff and settlement agents to address any closing issues promptly.

• Must comprehend and adhere to all closing procedures to meet Federal and State regulations.

• Verify the accuracy of all essential information submitted for closing.

• Maintain communication with loan officers, processing teams, and underwriting personnel.

• Generate precise figures for monthly payments, escrows, prepaid interest, and more.

• Create and organize all closing documents and disclosures for conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in preparing U.S. mortgage loan closing documents is preferred.

• Familiarity with various investors' closing policies and procedures, as well as knowledge of RESPA, TILA, Fair Lending, Flood, and State laws and regulations, is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Experience with Encompass is preferred.

• Comfortable using office applications.

• Excellent communication skills are required.
