Senior Land Services Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the acquisition of easements, fee purchases, licenses, permits, and other land rights necessary for project implementation.

• Analyze title reports, ownership documentation, survey materials, legal descriptions, and engineering schematics.

• Engage in intricate negotiations with property owners and various stakeholders.

• Address landowner issues and create solutions that benefit all parties involved.

• Formulate and execute acquisition strategies tailored to specific projects.

• Oversee acquisition timelines, financial plans, and project outputs.

• Monitor project metrics and relay status updates to clients and management.

• Identify potential project risks and apply strategies to mitigate them.

• Act as the point of contact for assigned clients and work in collaboration with relevant teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Right of Way, Land Acquisition, Real Estate, Utility, Energy, Transportation, or Infrastructure projects.

• Proven experience in negotiating easements and acquiring properties.

• Experience in managing multiple acquisition projects concurrently and coordinating with clients.

• Preferred experience with utility, transmission, pipeline, transportation, or public infrastructure projects.

• Required RWP designation; SRWA designation preferred | Real Estate License Required (Indiana or relevant project states) – Must be willing to obtain licensure in other states | Notary Public.

• Demonstrated proficiency in Right of Way acquisition, title analysis, easement procurement, and negotiations with landowners.

• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local ROW regulations.

• Willingness to travel as requested.
