US Controller

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage accounting relationships for a diverse portfolio of clients.

• Establish and nurture trusted advisor relationships with clients.

• Evaluate and interpret financial statements.

• Act as a senior-level accounting resource for intricate issues.

• Provide support and guidance to bookkeeping teams.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams on special projects and process improvements.

• Emphasize oversight, advisory tasks, problem-solving, and relationship management.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the accounting field.

• Ability to independently manage client relationships.

• Approachable, professional, and an exceptional communicator.

• Proficient in accounting for various small businesses or organizations.

• Highly organized and self-driven.

• Flexible and eager to learn new technologies.

• Comfortable working in a fully remote setting.

• Preferred backgrounds may include: Controller/CFO, Accounting Manager, Client Advisory Services (CAS), Outsourced Accounting, or experience at a public accounting or bookkeeping firm.

• Experience with cloud-based accounting systems is essential.
