This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Modernize the financial infrastructure.

• Oversee the transition from QuickBooks to an advanced AI-driven ERP and manage subsequent inventory systems.

• Develop automations and AI-centric workflows to enhance financial operations.

• Direct the month-end closing process, financial reporting, auditing, tax management, and compliance.

• Take ownership of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll, General Ledger, and Travel & Expense with direct reports.

• Collaborate with the Head of Finance on cost accounting at both product and customer levels.

• CPA certification and a bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.

• A minimum of 8 years of accounting experience, including time in a Controller role.

• In-depth understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting, with experience in a Big 4 company audit.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to build automations, preferably incorporating AI technologies.

• Proven capability to quickly master a new, critical business domain.

• Startup mindset: able to focus on details without imposing unnecessary processes on the organization.

• Must be a U.S. Person; eligibility for clearance required.
