• Facilitate repeat orders for Urology products for customers who are actively enrolled in Liberator’s supply program.
• Reorder agents play a crucial role in educating customers about products and providing guidance to ensure their needs are fully satisfied.
• Clearly communicate the features and benefits of Urology and related product lines, including comprehensive knowledge of the usage and maintenance of medical supply equipment.
• Monitor daily production and provide daily sales logs to the direct supervisor.
• Meet departmental call volume standards with a minimum of 100 daily calls, including both inbound and outbound communications.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism during every call and deliver exceptional customer service to all Liberator customers.
• Achieve or surpass monthly sales targets set by Sales Operations management.
• Manage client calls effectively through detailed scheduling and prompt follow-up.
• Comply with phone activity and regulatory standards, including Medicare guidelines, HIPAA, ACW, and minimum call volumes.
• Foster a positive work environment that reflects Liberator’s values of professional excellence, teamwork, and integrity.
• Pay close attention to detail in daily tasks and projects, ensuring accurate documentation and thorough follow-up for each customer account.
• Provide assistance to other departments and team members as needed to support business objectives.
• Pursue ongoing educational opportunities to stay current with products and processes.
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
• High School Diploma or equivalent general education degree (GED).
• One to two years of relevant experience and/or training, or a combination of education and experience.
• Language skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret medical supply publications, technical procedures, and sales training resources.
• Proficient in writing external business correspondence.
• Capable of effectively presenting information and addressing questions from management, team members, and customers.
• Math skills: Ability to perform calculations for discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
• Ability to apply intermediate mathematical skills.
• Reasoning skills: Ability to solve practical issues and manage various variables.
• Ability to interpret a range of instructions provided in written, oral, diagrammatic, or scheduled formats.
• Computer proficiency: Familiarity with word processing software, Excel, Access, and/or other database applications.
• Telecommunications skills: Ability to use or knowledge of call center telecommunications software (e.g., dialer systems).
