This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate initial peer support coaching calls with Better Health members by utilizing your shared experiences to assist them.

• Develop expertise in Better Health’s product offerings related to various conditions to deliver tailored product recommendations.

• Create customized follow-up emails and educational materials for members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess personal experience with chronic urological conditions and a desire to contribute to the community of individuals facing similar challenges.

• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and comfort in phone communication.

• Exhibit strong organizational abilities, capacity to prioritize tasks, and the capability to work independently within established guidelines.

• Be at ease making outbound calls.

• Be proficient with technology (as a start-up, we utilize a range of technology applications, including Google Suite and our software portal).

• Preferred knowledge of medical terminology, commonly used products, and evidence-based best practices specific to various conditions.

• Hold a secondary degree (Associate's, Bachelor's, etc.) or possess a minimum of 3 years of professional experience; relevant professional certification is required if applicable.
